PAYMENT OF FINES

You can pay the fine in person, by mail, or over the phone before the court date on the front of the citation. Payments over the phone can only be made with either a credit or debit card.

If you intend to pay your citation before your court date, providing it's a citation that can be paid prior to court, you have until 1:00 P.M. THE DAY BEFORE your court date to pay.

To determine the fine amount contact the Perry Municipal Court Clerk at (478) 988-2814 Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays.

Payments must be in the form of a credit/debit card, money order, cashier's check, or cash; NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. Money orders and cashier's checks need to be made payable to "The City of Perry".

Pay the fine before the deadline to avoid court fees.
SIGN the back of the citation and forward it with your payment. Be sure to include the citation number on your payment.

Online Payments: Payment of fines can be made online by using this link Online Payment or by going to www.ticketfastpay.com and choosing Perry from the dropdown of all the cities.

Without a signed citation, the payment of the fine will be considered an automatic "Guilty" plea and the bond will be forfeited. If you cannot meet these requirements, then you MUST APPEAR in court on the scheduled court date to answer the charges. Failure to comply with these procedures could result in your license being suspended or a bench warrant issued for your arrest.
